Booking Terms and Conditions

All properties comply with the Law on Tourist Use Dwellings approved under Decree 10/2021, of January 22, of the Consell.


1. Accommodation and Schedules

The reserved accommodation will be exactly the same as published on our website, with no changes to location, floor, features, equipment, or views.

Check-in: from 16:30 (may be delayed until 18:00 during high season).
Check-out: until 11:00.


2. Deposits and Security Bonds

A €200 security deposit is required for each reservation.

The deposit may be paid by credit card, debit card, or secure payment link.

It will be refunded within a maximum of 7 business days after departure, provided no damage has been caused.


3. Liability for Damages

Guests must report any damage on the same day of check-in. We have 48 hours to resolve notified issues.

If damages are caused by guests, the corresponding amount may be deducted from the deposit without prior notice, accompanied by the relevant invoices.

For repairs during the stay:

  • The guest must send a photo and description via WhatsApp.

  • Permission will be requested to access the property.

  • If the guest requires being present, they must attend the appointment; otherwise, a €25 penalty will apply for an unnecessary call-out.


4. General Rules

  • Pets are not allowed under any circumstances.

  • The apartment must be left tidy and free of rubbish or food. A €50 penalty applies otherwise.

  • Guests are responsible for missing items in the apartment.

  • The number of guests may not exceed the maximum capacity of the accommodation.


5. Good Conduct and Coexistence

Good Conduct Clause: Guests must behave appropriately inside the accommodation and comply with community rules.

Any breach, neighbour complaint, or disturbance will result in immediate expulsion without refund, and full loss of the deposit.


6. Included Services

Bed linen and towels are provided for stays up to 7 days.

For 15-day stays, one linen change is included (dates to be coordinated with reception).

Replacement costs:

  • Towels: €30 per unit

  • Bed linen: €20 per piece


7. External Services

Some services (e.g., internet, international TV, ticket sales) are managed by external providers.
TerretaRentals.com is not responsible for possible incidents related to them.


8. Documentation and Legal Requirements

Valid identification must be presented at check-in.

TerretaRentals.com will submit guest data to the competent authorities as required by current regulations.


9. Claims and Jurisdiction

Official complaint forms are available to guests.

By completing the booking, the client fully accepts these conditions, whether the reservation is made through our website, tour operators, or partner platforms.

In case of dispute, both parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Benidorm (Alicante).
