What happens if a guest damages something?

We require a security deposit from all guests to cover potential damage. If an incident occurs, we handle the claim directly with the guest, so you don't have to get involved.

How often will I receive my rental income?

Rental income is settled monthly. Each statement includes all bookings with a check-out date before the first day of the current month. You'll receive a detailed report showing every booking, the income generated and a full breakdown of all charges and deductions.
